Sourdough Masterclass
Explore the secrets of sourdough baking
The course will take place on the 23rd of March and lasts from 13:00 to 16:30.
Course Language: English (We can help with Norwegian translations)
Vea's sourdough course will be partly “show and tell” but a mainly “hands-on” experience. She will guide you through all stages of sourdough baking, from feeding the starter to baking the loaves.
To get you through, there will be a soup break and you get to taste her readymade sourdough bread.
In the end, you will get your very own portion of a century-old starter so that you are ready to start your own baking journey.

A cosy course at a calm farm in Indre Fosen.

The course will take in the farm Bed&Breakfast of Heggli Gård.
Heggli Gård is a simple but authentic stay, right in the coastal mountains of Indre Fosen

It’s possible to stay overnight at Heggli B&B from Saturday to Sunday.

Vea Carpi
Vea runs Mas Del Saro, a small farm-to-table restaurant in the Italian Alps together with her family. She is the author of “La mia pasta madre” and “Cucina e giardino” and now offers the unique opportunity to attend one of her workshops in Fosen.
